About me, I'm Ken "Duncan" Mah and have been teaching for over 12 years, business studies and social science electives to students at university from Monash University, University of Sydney, University of New South Wales right through to McGill University in Canada.
I hold a Masters in Business and studied at The Graduate School of Government at the University of Sydney, currently hold a management position and have held roles such as marketing manager and business analyst/researcher. So you I can help you understand your tasks from a real world perspective as well.
I have consistently held a 5 Star rating both in Sydney and Melbourne as I have lived in both cities for in-person and Zoom business tutoring, as well as on global leading business tutoring website platforms including One Education.
When I went to university I wished I had someone to help me and guide me through everything from, academic style writing through to how to apply correct theory to tasks given. I struggled for the first semester but found a tutor who had a great understanding about what I was studying.
Though my main job is working in marketing and web design, the experience I got from seeking tutoring helped me so much, to the point my grades lifted considerably and my understanding of concepts taught skyrocketed.
It was this experience that took me on much later, after I had established myself in my career to do the same and share knowledge. I have also been the recipient of the New South Wales Youth Work Award for a training, work placement and education program I co-founded for young job seekers with a disability. So I guess that journey from being tutored to tutoring is the reason why I do what I do.
